I have to,in order to provide a detailed welcome post. I wouldn't want to just say "hi",we should be nice to new members and give them a great welcome. Besides,I mentioned some things that you did not explain clearly/at all. If a person posts a welcome post about reading the rules,etc.,it shouldn't matter that the next person also said about reading the rules.So it doesn't matter if I re-iterate what you said in your post.
