That doesn't mean you reregister around a ban. That means you wait.
Alright, with that out of the way,
I just want to say that PY has different interests than hacking and trolling now
he probs forgot about Runouw but im not reminding him lel
I'm sorry for spamming and pretending to be Bowser and Four that one time
So here's the problem. When I did some digging, there were a lot of red flags being thrown up. PY would sometimes be registered as Positron, Positron sometimes as PY. I could never find an instance where the two were featured side by side, and accounts specified to be Positron acted as if they were PY, in regards to how they typed, their interests, etc.
This falls under the "sibling" rule. We need evidence if you two are brothers to be sent to staff in an email, or some form of verifying this claim, otherwise I can just write up that I have a little sister and make an account for her, act like her, but she may never exist.
But don't rereg just because your appeal wasn't answered. That's covered in both the rules and the FAQ.
