Hey this is (or was) a free bar! he can eat what he wants!

By the way guys, I'm tired of having a burnt down and waterlogged bar, even if everyone hates it and wants it to stay that way, so I'm gonna rebuild it! Construction should take about three days. In that time, nobody can mess with any electronics or the whole building will either burn down or explode. No OJ and bamsmarck, that does not mean you can blow up the bar.

I'll explode it. Just for the extra touch, eh?

Yeaaaaaah, um, the problem with the bar being rebuilt is that it doesn't sell food, it just gives it away. A building isn't any good if I can't use it to exploit the owner of the establishment for money. What I'm trying to say is that I can't promise the safety of the bar.
