Right now I'm not worried about this, I'm worried about cracking the code. The wiki puzzle is unimportant until we get into "Crack the code". Man I'm bad at this stuff.
Doram said the first 4 words of the 2nd sentence is the first hint. That'd be "There's suddenly secrets everywhere" (or "There's suddenly secrets")
Since we know the puzzle refers to both Voldemort's puzzle and Bilbo Baggins' puzzle, I think this may refer to the Chamber of secrets, the book where Voldemort reveals his name.
End of the sentence is the pointer to the forum, obvious. ("crack this event open")
"Both halves of the clue refer to the riddles that those characters made, specifically either the starting place or the finishing place for those riddles"
"It's 6 words, 3 from each half of the clue"
This means that it uses 3 words from their respective riddles. However that yielded me nothing, I tried many combinations which I've posted at the front. The other thing this could mean (at least the starting place bit) is where those riddles were given (in this case "Chamber of secrets" and "goblin town"... but that's 5 words) or maybe what book they were given in ("chamber of secrets" and "riddles in the dark" but that's 7), however I've also tried that and that's STILL not the answer.
"Voldemort would appreciate it (...) as unfair with my riddles as Bilbo Baggins was"
Unfair riddle, this is probably referring to "What do I have in my pocket?" (answer being the ring, since there was no way of knowing this).
It's obvious that it has to be in words, hence "leave it all in lowercase and run it all together". However I'm not sure if that excludes signs. My guess is that it doesn't.
I'm sure Doram is screaming internally right now. I have a feeling that there is no way you can make it any more simple without just revealing it. I just cannot see it.
-----------
We still have one more profile code left also. "He is not a staff, but he is a legend"... hmmm...
I found this in NaN's profile, but I'm pretty sure this is fake (the code says so) 882246fake
However I don't know who Doram may be referring to... I think that's about it for us, 18 codes.
