Wow. Didn't expect so much positive feedback.
Put two extra logs at the start of the switch challenge and slowed down the blocks at the start of the castle (from 3 to 2), so you can walk over two approaching blocks instead of jumping again.
When I've listened to MoD's track, I've cringed a bit at the start but then it sets the mood right off. I've decided to take both tracks of yours.
EDIT: Thank you, AniLo.

Okay, I've looked very deep into it.
Gameplay: There are still a few "choose your own door"-instances where you get thrown back to the starting area without reaching a star. Also for some reason I had trouble opening the underwater doors. And noone likes hidden pipes if there are no clues for them. "Something weird" sounds kinda vague.
Solution: Only one door in the middle pool, which leads to the star to the right of the invincibility. Cheep-cheeps in the right pool cause forced damage, so you should remove them as well. The door in the right pool leads to the star underneath the Thwomp building, which makes the hidden pipe dispensable.
Graphics: The thwomp building shows the same problem as Jumbo's level did before - the wire mesh. It's a problem when it covers large objects such as thwomps (at the start it's fine). The neighboured "awkward tile" is an equivalent alternative. Also, there are two types of underwater wall (80, 81) and underwater tile (82, 83). You get the best effects with them if you order them in a checkerboard pattern. For decoration, maybe also use some cave trees next to snowy trees.
EDIT2:

But she's got lots of wire mesh in her level.
