Regarding me and being a rep: Based on how the art contest has been going for me so far, I think I'm going to stay out of the longer-term events like the LDCs, because of time constraints imposed upon me due to flipping between houses and stuff (hooray for divorces). I'll still be up for something like CAH if I'm needed for that, but otherwise, I'm probably going to stick to the team events now. Plus I already took one individual slot and I think everyone should have a chance, so I'm not going to steal a second.
So, as of right now, our potential reps are (a question mark by people who suggested but didn't directly display interest, no question mark by those who explicitly stated interest, underlined are 99% positive going to be that rep):
July 13: Art Contest (open) ~ OJJuly 21: Gaming Caption Contest (team) ~ Everyone
July 26: Super Mario 63 LDC (open) ~ <Cyv(?), Ven [pick 1]>
August 3: Gaming Tournament (individual) ~
Raz and <Ocean(?), Cyv(?), Ven, CY [pick 1]>
August 14: Cards Against Humanity (individual) ~ <Cyv(?) or OJ [pick 1]>
August 19: Last Legacy LDC (open) ~
OceanAugust 27: Forum Hunt (team) ~ Everyone
I think it's only fair for everyone to get a chance to participate. CY only asked for the gaming tournament, so I think CY and Raz for that would work, because they both get an event. That kicks Ven, Cyv, and Ocean out of the possible people for the Gaming Tournament. The only other thing Ven asked for was the SM63 LDC (plus he's the only one who expressed specific interest in that event that wasn't just "whatever works for me"), so he could be the rep for that, and that would be his event. Ocean was already kind of our de facto LL LDC rep I guess, so he has an event. As for CAH, I already took the art contest, so if Cyv is okay with it, he should be the rep for that (if you'd rather not, just post and we can find someone else).
So that would mean our reps for all of the individual events are, giving every person one event of their own (provided you guys are okay with this lineup, of course):
Everyone will be able to participate in the Gaming Caption Contest and the Forum Hunt, if I'm not mistaken.
The only person left is Lucas, who hasn't shown up in our team subforum at all yet. If you still want to sign up for one of the individual events, just say something and we might be able to work you in somewhere <3
And if you don't want the event I just slapped next to your name, also say something. Raz said he's cool with being a backup rep in the first post, as did Cyv and Ven. We'll figure something out. If you don't post, though, this will probably end up being the final list.
