♥♥♥♥, sorry lmao. you guys were looking for me like right after I went to bed. My IRC stays connected forever apparently so now I feel kinda bad. You know what I'll just do it I guess if you guys want, I guess, since like ven said it's probably not going to matter who the rep is very much since it doesn't seem like anyone is very strong in terms of art. I'm pretty available this week as far as I know so it's not going to be a big deal.

Welp I guess I'm doing this now.

So, I had some ideas. Mainly making a new RO logo thing, kinda in this style, except Runouw 2015. I downloaded all of the reference images from the thread and the wiki, along with the font and stuff, so I have that to work with. I'm not entirely sure how to go about this, though.

Heyyyy you know, thoughts, feedback, ideas would all be kind of helpful if I'm going to do this
Also, I apparently forgot to mention that at some point on Thursday until some point on Sunday I'll be gone so I only have like 2-3ish more days to do this

Don't forget that there's other reference items for Runouw type stuff on the wiki, most prominently, the Forum Header breakdowns

I like the style of the third one, but it's missing something olympics-y, like the rings, or triangles in the case of Runolympics. And maybe make the 'Runouw' green to represent our team? I don't know, I'm not much of a graphics design guy.

Yup. That's what's in the first and second images, except I modified it so that it would work better with the colours and stuff (because I can't design more letters like that :B my best attempt was in the first image, but I kind of scrapped that and am going for a more flat/outlined/cartoony(?) look). Like I said,

Anyway, since nobody seems to be giving any ideas, I came up with a sort of design idea thing for it. First thing, I tried to make the Runouw 2015 thing look a little better

and now I'm going to try to make a logo thing to go with it I guess. Something that represents runouw. And since LL and SM63 are kind of the core parts of the site, I tried to integrate them into a single logo that at least sort of captures the idea of the community coming together (as in the actual Olympics) and the site itself, along with being somewhat unique, so I sketched it very sloppily -- it incorporates LL squares or whatever, the shine thing from the current logo, and a penrose triangle cause why not

In no way is this complete. Also I know it looks gross but it's a work in progress.

Soooo yeah FEEDBACK IDEAS HELP PLEASE THANKS TEAM WOOOO GO GREEN

okay I finished several drafts because ♥♥♥♥ I need to finish this soon





I'm leaning toward the purple one (because apparently olympic logos are using purple now, so why not include it), but I'm not entirely sure if this is even a good design or not. Obviously it still needs some touching up (just realized how gross the lettering looks with actual transparency) but I really want to just get this over with. Thoughts, anyone?

I'm really enjoying the last one, actually. But yeah, the lettering and borders in general are kinda weird. Can't tell if that's a stylistic choice or unintentional, but they're jagged in random places
