The black triangle looks strange in front of the bigger black triangle, maybe have a small border around the Runolympics Logo?
But other than that it looks great!

Aside from what Cyv said, it looks pretty good.

Does this fix it? I pretty much just moved the black triangle layer behind the RO logo.

Oh, you meant to space it out. Sorry.
This is the best I can get it without drastically changing anything (which I don't really feel like doing, sorry). I feel like it just messes up the proportions and makes it look weirder than before.

Now I think you're better off just leaving it in the way it was before because the proportions look really weird.

Yeah, it does look a bit odd with the resized triangles, I would keep it at the changed layering thing you did.
