I have some inside information on the rebels.
They are planning to launch a secret attack, and once its done, no one will know.
There will be no exposure in the attack.
They have friends that are traitors to Razzia.
So, you must secure, and put ALL your focus on stopping this attack (checking loyalty of followers, block any secret ways to get in the capitol...)

So I went to the Level Portal to post some propaganda and I noticed that it has fallen already to the rebellion. Have I witnessed... a sign of weakness of our Empire? As I have stated when I applied for entry, my loyalties lie with the ones who write history, the winners, the side that is strongest. Do not disappoint me or any of your other citizens RAZPUTIN.
