Maybe MoD is busy. He does get like 20 PMs a day. Or if you already had a Type 1 name change and it hasn't been a year, you can't change it again. If it is Type 2 or 3 then MoD is probably busy. PM Suyo too, he should give you your changed name.

Also you must make sure that you've given a valid reason. If no-one's replied to your PMs or carried out your request, then post on the name changing topic. It may just be because you've only really just joined.
