I can not express how amazed I am at how many people do this. Bump topics for the sole purpose of wanting it locked or getting a post out of it. What the hell. If a topic is about 1 month old and no one has posted in it for quite some time, then don't bump just to ask for a mod to lock it. LET IT DIE.

Especially with welcome topics. When they're a week old, don't post in them. The dude has already been welcomed and is probably already posting. Seriously.

I'm just trying to get a point across. Discuss if you wish.

To add to this, don't all crowd a topic afterward with comments of "OMG YOU FUKN NOOB YU BUMPED EPIC FAAAAAAAAIL" that are about as useful and necessary as Pichu.
