Hah, while in the process of scaring off spammers, you may be scaring off potential members. :O

GalaxyMario wrote:How to find spammers

Step 1. Look at their name. They might have "Ad" as part of their name.

Step 2. Go to their profile. This will lead to the next steps.

Step 3. See their website (Do not click the link!). One spammer was at "Adult-porn.biz".

Step 4. Check the age. They are usually 28-37 year-olds.

Step 5. Occupation. One spammer was involved in government.

Step 6. Avatar. They have avatars about as small as mine.

Step 7. If you suspect he is a spammer, stakeout his profile and wait for him/her to post so you can snag that report.

This helped me report suppliers654 today.

8. They post in Off-Topic. For some reason most bots post in the forum with the ID 13.
If someone posts a Welcome Topic in Off-Topic, you can be sure that it's a spambot. Even n00bs have enough common sense to post their Welcome topic in Welcome. They often post this topic, then come back in 2 weeks and spam the crap outta the forum. Report them and tadah.

Oh, and any post with a title like this is definitely a spam post.
