They call it Forum 23, because that's the ID number of the Forum.

I doubt that, TBG. I have a feeling someone like MIC will be the mod instead; besides, I've only been here since September, while the other guys have been here early August.

That doesn't matter really. I think I remember that Suyo joined in June... or something, but became a mod. So you never know...
