I can't believe I haven't posted in this yet.. I know I'm pretty damn late, but I'd just like to give a quick reply anyway.
I too think medals would be a great addition! It'd give people more of a reason to, well, post. As TBG said, it would influence people to be "good". One medal for example could be the "Outstanding behaviour" medal. We'd award it to one member every three months in regards to their exceptionally good behaviour. The "Level designer Contribution" medal could be one as well, where we'd award one member every, say, three months again for creating the most successful levels during that period of time.
