Sometimes when I open a forum, or a topic, I'm suddenly logged out without being banned (I was banned once). I have to log in again, and then go the path that I took again. Bug, cookies or me?

It sometimes happens to me too even when being logged in for only a short time. Maybe checking the "Log me in automatically each visit" box helps.

Probably the
www.runouw.com/runouw.com thing. try both with and without runouw.com. The www. doesn't save my cookies for this site.

Sorry, I'm just sticking my nose in because that last post confused me.
We have had some problems with the site glitching out when you use addresses that include the www in the address (like
http://www.runouw.com), and the problems seem to disappear when you take that out and just use the rest (like
http://runouw.com).

Not automatically. There is a save button though, and it saves your post in your user control panel.

Sure, but even if you make a larger post, you only save it if you can't complete it in time. And I guess you don't save all your posts just because fearing a crash could happen somehow.
If the post is larger, you can also make it with Word, Notepad etc., as these don't crash by accident.
