From the looks of it, it just seems like the texture of your scroll-bar just glitched on that one window, but that's fixed now, so whatever.

It seems like most of the glitches are happening on the www.runouw.com version compared to the runouw.com version. Does this seem true to most of you?

Not sure if it's my pc's fault, but

I had to go on a scavenger hunt to see what's wrong, I thought it was the ♥♥♥♥ backround ( ) but it really was the red around the tabs (like news, etc)

Okay so apparently I can't award medals without getting an error message. Very frustrating.

I don't think this can be fixed, but chat settings are not saved between runouw.com and www.runouw.com.
