I just want to find out something, I understand if you make 2 accounts on the same ip it will be a Rereg, But what if you already made an account, but made an other account on a different IP will you still get banned?

Yes, reregs, no matter if they are from the same IP or not, are still against the rules. There is absolutely no point in having another account, if you don't like your name, then ask one of the GMods to get a name change. You can not, under no circumstances, reregister. Unless, a sibling, friend, etc. wants to join under the same IP as you. But you have to contact the Mods before that happens.

If it's under a different IP, it would be more difficult to track, but if there is any evidence of reregging then it will be looked into.
