I searched on google "chat for 10 years old" (i think there isn't anybody younger on runouw) and i found this one http://www.chathour.com/ it says it's for 10 - 14 years old wanna try it suyo?

You don't get what we want to do.


We want a private chatroom so Runouw members can talk to each other easily. One that we can join to by just clicking a link.
And one in which we don't have to register to chat.
Final thing: Mods should be able to check IPs. That's why we went away from Mibbit.


Also, Shade, those are all sites in which you're paired with a random stranger. Not what we're looking for.
