SO what was your first reaction to this topic? Was it something along the lines of: "LOL SMIC Y U MAKE THIS TOPIC ITS SO STUPID ITS OBV RUNOUW AT THE TOP HERP DERP." REMEMBER, I said along the lines. (

) But think about it... Runouw definitely has made the site, and all of the games, but I'd like to concentrate fully on the forums. Who's made the forums what they are? Shaped them and built them in their own ways. Left their mark on forumkind. I'd like to look at who's, first of all, POPULAR, and second, INFLUENTIAL.
I would also like to say this is just my own hierarchy, obviously other people would have different opinions. I also do not want to say someone is "better" if they place higher on the list. Feel free to point at any flaws in this. I want NO FLAME WARS, however.
Let's get going, shall we?
IN FIFTEENTH PLACEPanik!/Jelloman44
MoD, don't Perma me for this please... but although Panik is an amazing singer, great friends, and COOOORN! (don't ask), he might not be the most active person. True he gets on chat and a bit on forums a bit, and is the best friend to MoD (I think) and an amazing friend to everyone else, but while he is popular with the inner ring of more known people he may not be with the new generation (As they may not know him). However, despite all these things, Panik is a great guy.
IN FOURTEENTH PLACE~MP3 Amplifier~
Yes, MP3 is here. We've seen her amazing personality, joyful and energetic, her way with the LDP kiddies (YellowLink and whonot), and her amazing attitude in her Level Moderator position. MP3 deserves a special round of applause ascending to her power position in quite a short time of forum life. She chats when she can and is DEFINITELY forum active. Bravo.
Note to MP3: Please do not think you are last out of 14. You are 14th of thousands on Runouw. These 14 people are quite influential, and it is definitely not negatively connotational if you get 14th.
IN THIRTEENTH PLACENin10mode
Oh Nin, you're probably in disbelief that you're even on the list. But hear me out: Ninny is very active in the Level Designer area, being a Level Mod, and also keeps up in his forum social life. He's regularly on chat, plays a game of osu! or two, and is also active on forusm - keeping up in the off-topic section as well with his sense of humour. Nin is definitely popular (despite anything you say Nin), but while he may not be the most influential out there, he's definitely an amazing friend.
IN TWELFTH PLACEYoshi Boo 118
Some of you will probably find it very interesting that I put YB here. YB is definitely a great Level Mod, always comes onto the forums to help out or maintain a social status, plays osu!, and is almost always on chat. He's definitely quite popular, but could he be influential? That's the reason for his placement here.
IN ELEVENTH PLACEAvolerators
Yes, Avo definitely needs a place here, for many reasons. He was a story moderator for quite a long time and is also active and chats whenever he can. His friendship is undeniable, and that keeps his popularity high: But do the new members really know him? He may be popular, but not neccessarily influential. However, Avo will always have a place in the hearts of all of the people he's friends with for undeniable loyalty and other important moral values.
IN TENTH PLACERedlink
Surprised? He may just be an average member, but let's think about this for a second. Redlink quickly rose among the popularity charts in a quite short amount of time, taking the "Best New Member" award in the Runouw Summer Votes. That's an accomplishment. Redlink has also contributed quite a lot to the forums. His most prominent topic so far is the Runouw Dare List, which gets constant attention. He has also made other topics and posts that really brighten up the forums, with his slightly brash and cheerful attitude.
IN NINTH PLACEDoram
Again, surprised? Before you stab me with pitchforks, think: Can the new generation truly remember him? Doram has made countless helpful topics, can break up an argument without swearing (MODDDD), and made amazing art and levels. However, he is not very active on forums or chat. If I asked an aspiring new member, "Do you know who Doram is?" what do you think would be the answer?
IN EIGHTH PLACEBuffooner
Buffooner is definitely a great person. I mean, he's British. CAN'T GET ANY BETTER! *shot* But in all seriousness: Buffooner has helped make in the past, and still does, important decisions. Even though he may not come on chat or post a few times per day, he definitely deserves a spot here.
IN SEVENTH PLACEFourinone
I see snipers gathering. WAIT PLEASE DON'T SHOOT: Four is an amazing person, got a smexy voice (THERE YOU GO RED), funny, LDing legend (Even Volcove admits it) but really the only times Four makes his appearance in in the chat, and he makes a few topics and posts. New members don't really know him, despite his amazing personality.
IN SIXTH PLACERunouw
WHAAAAT? RUNOUW IN SIXTH? RUNOUW EVEN IN THIS HIERARCHY? Well, let me explain. It's true that he's made the site, and coded many fabulous games which are the REASON why we're here, but is he really actually popular or influential on the forums? Get rid of the fact that he's Admin or that he's made all of the games. Have you ever seen a ban issued by Runouw himself? He hardly goes on chat or forums. Tat's why he's here.
IN FIFTH PLACEAznchau4everChau has recently (well, maybe not THAT recently) been promoted to a Moderator position. This does give him slight more influence in the forums, but rank does not mean much in this hierarchy. Chau has patrolled the forums, been addicted to anime, and regularly drops by the chat and forums. I'd be surprised if new members haven't even heard of him. He also has a very good sense of humour, and is a great guy, all around. He can also win almost every argument you throw at him. (With the exception of tieing with me once.

)
IN FOURTH PLACEVenexis
Venexis. Definitely, definitely influential. Like Chau, he was recently made a User Rep. Venexis is helpful, caring, and kind. He has humour, and is a welcoming sight. He is known to be VERY good friends with almost all staff and many other normal members. He has made ground-shaking Super Mario 63 levels, thus spreading his range of popularity.
IN THIRD PLACEBlablob
Blablob is still, even after his departure, definitely quite a contributer to the forums. He carried out so many Global Moderator tasks and kept up with his forum social life. He's made levels, stories, and a ton of helpful posts and topics. He's got a legacy that'll last a while yet.
IN SECOND PLACEMessengerOfDreams
Mr. MoD is one of the most avid swearers I know on the site. And also one of the most epic. He's made a ton of great levels, spectacular art, beautiful stories, and has kept up with good humour, retaliation to threats, and a nurturer of these forums. He still has a way to go yet to shape the forums, but he's already succeeded. He's popular, and with his Global Moderator position and willpower, very influential.
AND IN FIRST!.......
........
Gotta love the dramaspace

You have to go down further.

..........
Alright, I'll stop.

SUYO!
Does anyone disagree? The master coder, level-maker, forum shaper of them all. Even Runouw himself told me that mainly Suyo runs the forums. Suyo is active, amazing, and a great leader. There's just... nothing else to say.
Please feel free to discuss.
