About the Cookie Medal

I'm seriously annoyed now. There have been quite a few noobs giving Cookie medals that seem to be without moderation, and it's honestly annoying. Could someone sort it out?
if you think this is ironic I only accept medals because I deserve them, which I mostly don't

Yeah, I have noticed this on several occasions that there are ridiculous reasons for cookies to be handed out.
A good example for a cookie medal:
"For being a great friend and doing so much to support others throughout the forums."
A bad example for a cookie medal:
"hur hur u mad me laugh, lol."
What's sad is that there are select few that are as ♥♥♥♥ stupid as that.

I haven't really seen any noobish cookie medals. I'm guessing some of the people that got noobish cookies just deleted them.
