Every time I click activate, I get "Something went wrong! Try logging into the IRC server anyways (connect to irc.greencouchgames.net:6667 with your favorite IRC client or click above, make sure you set your username to RokStar9001 - remember it might take up to 10 minutes to process your request) and if it does not work, try again. If it keeps failing, send a mail to suyo@greencouchgames.net."

And when trying to activate, I get an error anyways. Seems server related. QuakeNet Web IRC is actually, in my opinion, much better. Shad had suggested ChatZilla since it's open source or something, but the aforementioned IRC is extremely lightweight and runs perfectly each time, though I believe it may require Java (I used to on my old laptop on PF, but it was onsite, and you can appoint moderators).
Yet again cannot quote fully because of URLs. This is extremely bothersome for reporting actual bugs, mind you. Buffedit - Fixed this post.

Nope, you just need to use a browser that can run Javascript. Java-based clients are mainly if you're connecting through multiple servers(which I'd probably just use tabs for, anyways).

Soooooooo.
Has the situation changed for anyone who's having trouble connecting? 'Cause to the best of my knowledge there's now three or four people for which it stubbornly refuses to work. Could we like, maybe get someone on that?

Nope, still not working.
If there was an error code, it would be so much easier to figure out what is going on. Someone probably screwed up the coding along the way.

Fixed.
I actually get detailed error reports myself, but I didn't notice anything was wrong, because I was busy lately, so I hardly checked the forums and only checked the mail address it prints when there's a problem, which wasn't used at all.

chat has no restrictions but i think you shouldn't join until you have 10 posts
