Impressively bad postcounting- it was glaringly obvious that GMDragon was trying to postcount in level topics. Banning him for 2 weeks should even him out. Also considering a mock rank like I did with Master... maybe a scarlet P.

Well he was constantly annoying people in the first place, but when it got to him blackmailing and intimidating users that's just a big no no. The second he brings it here, I'll ban him here (and Aze, should you read this, I CAN check PMs.)

1 month, potential for perma.
After several tips and complaints (one from LD himself) I was finally forced to deeply investigate what was going on with LD. I had to go through his sent PMs (something I'd never like doing) and I found that he is displaying a lot of volatile dangerous and even intimidating behavior, especially in regards to a certain someone we all know. Couple that with his psychological warfare and constant stressing out the forums and chat, and I'm not sure he's ever coming back.
FURTHERMORE!! I need a mod to ban LD on Chatango. Then, I implore you, if you own a freeforum, ban him if he's on it and ban him if he registers on yours. The greatest ♥♥♥♥ happen on outlying freeforums so we need to get him away from theinternet for at least a month. I AM NOT ♥♥♥♥ AROUND, THIS NEEDS TO HAPPEN. Also, as usual stay away fro. XNR3, he's still a member there.
Let's make this as drama free as this post is dramati .

For perhaps the dumbest reason for reregistering since Gladosclone. Since it wasn't done out of antagonism as much as blatant ignorance, I'm willing to give him another chance since he was a decent and active user.
