I reported a post but gave the wrong reason. Is there any way to correct it,or do I need not? Or will I get banned for giving the wrong reason? I'm so anxious now!!

Wrong reports get just sorted out. So don't worry. (Except you make fun of us or get insulting in them.)

Also. The stuff about reporting is visible in the rules. Couldn't hurt to look there next time you think you did something wrong.
