Not everyone celebrates christmas and I've said plenty times before that it's disrespectful to say Merry Christmas.
Depending on what you view as "disrespect," I would say that it's a bit disrespectful to not regard those who live in the Southern Hemisphere. But, I do agree with Kevin that majority of the people live in the Northern Hemisphere. Unless you guys who live in the south truly see it as offending, I would say it'd be more fair to have it as Winter.
(Not because I'm Atheist. Honestly I could care less if it was a Christmas forum or a Hanukkah forum. Mostly because it's much easier to deal with when people start ♥♥♥♥♥ about why they aren't included or whatnot.)
