@Buff For the heavy stuff you should look into learning PHP, since that's what the forums are coded in, and phpBB's website would have more forum specific info too. phpBB's site also has info on all the mods available that other people have already coded. Otherwise, some general HTML coding would allow some lighter modifications. Do some Google searches on tutorials for that stuff, and you should find more than enough to read.

I would like to see YouTube stuff on SM63 and LL too. I think that's a great idea. And as for the popularity of stuff on YT, it's a roll of the dice mostly, and just getting us out there increases our chances of hitting something that the YT community can get into. Also, getting LL on Steam would get us a good amount of visibility. There are other places to sell indie games that would help too, like GOG. Heck, even getting Runouw to enter a few Ludum Dare competitions would get the right kind of attention.

Definitely should try getting it on steam greenlight. Will without a doubt attract members.

I've already recorded the video, but the uploading speed is very slow.

How big is the video, and how long does it take? 20 minute videos, after being compressed and going through all that stuff to reduce the file size only takes like 100 minutes on my part. I generally upload overnight, but that might not be accessible to everyone.

On a more on topic discussion, has Runouw advertised before?

No, at least, not that I know of.

The only advertising Runouw got was on the games, like SM63 on Newgrounds. That might've changed things.

Well, people aren't just going to magically come here if we don't spread the word. So I was thinking why not?

That person's having great trouble registering because of anti-spambot measures. Anti-spambot measures are preventing the newcomers from coming in.

Fix this.

Today that person (a person I know) emailed me this:

He's trying to register, but can't. That is one of the reasons why this forum is not as active as it was.
