Level moderators lack the permissions to change the poster, unfortunately.

Actually Nico appears to be the only case of someone who instantly posted a level after reregistering. There could be more, but the member list won't allow me to check this because it ends abruptly on April 7th 2012. I'll try to keep track of this, though.

Going to try to finish this up just so I can get it out of the trello once and for all. The users we have left to delete (only 9k!) is more than our member count at the bottom of the index, so I'm curious to see what happens when I delete them all.

EDIT: We just hit negative users in the membercount.
