Also another tip that I lived by when I wanted to desperately be a level mod with all my heart:

It doesn't influence if we choose you or not. And actually, in some cases it will bum down your chances of us picking you. We're not going to pick someone who just thought they could ask to be a LeMod in order to be one. Remember, being LeMod is a privilege.
