Actually I would prefer user of the month. User of the week would mean giving away too many medals, but user of the month would only be giving them away once a month.

But anyway, how would we decide on who gets user of the month?

For the level designer, maybe a search bar to search for levels, or like a top ten levels list.

Hm....yeah, that reminds me. Now that there are so many levels, it is REALLY difficult to find one you want. Usually I just find myself playing the newest levels, simply hoping that it'll be a good one. Maybe, in the level designer, you could make it easier to choose your levels, rather than going page to page to page. It's really a time-waster, and there's gotta be, like, 1000 pages or something. It's just a small fault that could easily be fixed.

People who create topics about ads of dvds or aynthing else that's kind of related to it should be perma-banned. Most of these users are 40 years old. Weirdos....

They do it because they want to make money. It's actually not weird at all, it's what a lot of losers who can't get jobs do. :)

I was trying to say that earlier this week-

Install a program that requires Moderators to approve people's posts before they make it online for each person with under 15-20 posts. Then the spammers (which are mostly one-posters) would not have their posts make it to the forum. Other websites have this.

The problem with this is that there are too few moderators and too many posters. That wouldn't work, methinks.

Just for people with, say, 5 or less posts. The new users may not like it, but...

If we had to "approve" of every new users' posts, wouldn't that mean their posts wouldn't show immediately? So a regular member might post in a topic, not knowing that a new user had posted earlier, only to find out after we've "approved" of the message that they just said the same thing. You know what I mean?

We mods aren't on 24/7, I'm afraid. There won't always be someone to approve of these posts immediately, and thus, confusion would occur so often.

That's what we do already. If they're a 1-post member (or in some cases; 0-post member) and they advertise in any way, they're awarded with a nice little perma-ban.

And as for the User of the month thing, I don't think it needs to be a medal.. Rather a little message at the bottom of the page, next to the member stuff.
