Subforum Reorganization: Episode II

I want to reduce the overall length of all the stickies by having a masterthread that take the purpose of all of these threads eventually.

Bee tee dubs I've been doing exactly this off and on for a while now so feel free to check it out and give input and yell at me to finish it, lawl. Even if it does end up being too much info for a single thread, it's nice to have this stuff all organized so that it can be redistributed as needed.
