New Chat Away System

One thing done, next thing in progress! :D

Basically, Lrmaster, blab, me and quite some other users discussed about a new away system. The circle color wouldn't be decided by the time you didn't chat - you decide.

ONLINE - Type /on in the chat. Write this if you're browsing Runouw.com or chatting.
BUSY - Type /busy on the chat. Write this if you're playing a game, doind various stuff on your computer, but still occasionally look after the chat.
AWAY - Type /away on the chat. Doing homework, being on the toilet... yeah, this jazz.

Maybe we also add buttons to change it without typing, but eh. You decide.

The change: you shouldn't have to type /on to be green.
You are automatically green unless you write /busy or /off.
And if you are /away and you post, you turn green. (Like him --> )

I like this new idea. Users will be less confused. For example. I'll say BRB before Re4p3r comes on, and when he does come on, he'll keep asking me to talk, even though I'm away from the computer. That would solve that problem, (and probably a majority of others)

No, the /me glitch get discovered by LD and suyo needs to fix it, he says hell hell hell and than runouw... talked, It is a glitch that fixed.THE OLD ONE WILL CRASH THE CHAT.
