I guess so. This name first appeared as a Re-Reg. And then all of AZN's Posts were moved to this new account. So I'll consider that a name change if that is the case.

Well yes you get a ban of course. You don't want Superyoshi changing your name every single day. Type 2 must have the same conditions.
