The Story Section Of The Site

Runouw and I were chatting about stuff on Facebook, and then I brought the subject of Story Stickies up. He told me that if Stories were so important, then he would make a Story Section of the site, like Levels.

He asked me to describe what it would look like. Here's my idea.

It Would have a site tab among News, forums, Games, Levels and About.
You Click on it, and it transports you to a list of stories, with a name, brief summarization and rating system like the Levels.
Unlike levels, it's hard to spam rate a story, so there is no need for alarm, although Brandobrawl and Buffooner could be Story Moderators now that Stories are a bit more open to young people
The layout of the story would be like that of a Blog
It would finally establish the amazing writing crew of Runouw.com

True, this would be unusual, cause as of now Runouw has nothing to do with stories. But this forums' writing talent should be established.

BTW, Runouw, care to post so that I don't look like I'm fibbing?

I approve this. So when you type up a story, and submit it into the "Story Portal" it will appear on the top of the list? And then when you update it, will it be on top again? I don't know. Just suggestions, assuming that this will be loosely based off the LDP.

Seems cool enough. I like the idea, and since it seems not to be as popular as the LDP, all stories can be checked.

It sounds pretty interesting, even if a bit complex. But there are so many stories now (and still growing) that one sub-forum for them simply is no longer enough. So yes, I think something big definitely should be done about a forum topic everyone knows and loves.

I've been thinking about this, but just stories doesn't seem enough... maybe I've just thought about this too long and whatnot, but whatever. I was thinking that since it is a type of art, that general artwork should also be included (with the stickies and other stuff).. so, is that alright, or am I off the mutant tree?

EDIT: Is someone gonna agree/disagree to my suggestion and whatnot?

I think stories alone are fine, just since it's a very popular type of art and it can stand on its own if it were to have it its own forum.

Whenever Runouw is ready to do it, I'm all for it.
