4000th post in Site Discussion!
EDIT: Dang, Yk. >_>

Even though we're running out of regulars, we should get a spike of new members after Last Legacy is released.

It's not just staff members. You know, some people have lives other than chatting on Runouw.com all the time. Staff members have jobs to do, but they have plenty of time to chat too. Like fourinone chats pretty much everytime he's here, same with me, MOY, and the LeMods.

Right.

Only Me, Avo, and Yoshikid, are the high postcount-ers. I thnik we may give more chances to low-post counters. Try that.

Superyoshi wrote:So you say if people get staff they are not cool anymore and you just ignore them?

I think he is not this meaning, not, becuase after they being a mods, maybe will get too serious, and people ay not liek them, but I don't thnik they will ignroe them.
Superyoshi wrote:Or do you want to say taht everyone with a high postcount should be staff?

Not, I think he thinks do not let too many high postvount-ers being staff.
YoshiKid54 wrote:Well staff members are always busy. Handling the forums checking levels, e.t.c. They don't really have a lot of time to communicate with other people in chat.

Yes, not just that, sometime...... I see some member being a staff will change a lot.
Superyoshi wrote:Except... not really.

You mean.....
YoshiKid54 wrote:Well they wouldn't be chatting to their friends if they were dealing with a serious issue. Like you. You don't chat a lot because you got stuff to handle, like the forums and SMG: ABSA.

This one I don't agree, Suyo sometiem will chat with some elder-runouw.com-humans.And after they handle the things, they can chat?

Why do I not chat sometimes?

- I'm busy with the forums, which is SMG:ABSA is not releated to my staff position >_>
- I don't want to.

Actally, I don't thnik so you don't chat sometime, you always chat, basically.

I think, staff member (Not include Suyo because he needed to be.....), now being too serious, I thnik they may get not so serious, and try to being mroe funny......
And try to not being always harsh... I am not thnik they're harsh, but sometime..... Try to....be more friendly to other user.

We're harsh when he have to be. We're also friendly, most of the time. But if we don't take our job seriously, what's the point of having the job?

No, I think you're being too harsh, like sometime (Seriously, I am jsut giving example), do any thing, ban, for example, a mod usually build up many rules, I thnik the rules is unneeded, thnik mroe about it, maybe have mreo choice to choose, for (JUST FOR EXAMPLE) example.

One day, user 1 (mod), user 2 submit one bad level, and user 1 being like mad on him, and blaming he a lot, and tell user 2 starting to edit it,but user 2 maybe do not have time/ otehr things...user 1 think he lies and ban him.

Above things, think about it how cna solve them.

So you're saying we should just allow users to break the rules? Seriously, if you think we're harsh that's your problem, but that doesn't mean you can just go do whatever you want and expect the mods to just let it go. For your example, it's one thing for a user's level to be submitted and for a mod to delete. But if that user has already broken the rules in the past, and then they submit a bad level (ESPECIALLY if the level is a direct flame to someone, which I have seen), then they most likely will get a ban. Also, you say we are harsh yet you can't even use an accurate example.

Okay, let's nuke some rules!
Let's remove the NO FLAMING rule! Yay! Everyone flame as you like!

What about the bumping rule?
Oi, now we talk about Michael Jackson death again! YAAAY!

Or let's remove the spam rule! From now on 80% of all posts will be below 5 characters! YAAAAAAAAAY!

Not, I thnik you may give mroe chance, like warning, don't jsut ban automatically, liek someone say do what what and get a one day ban.
Maybe liek Demonik, use say "sorry"........

Not the rules on Rules topic, some small rules......Like MoY says (I'm sorry, but I....don't know I always heard thing from him.........) he needs to ban peopel automatically if they exit judging.....some rules liek thats.
