I almost never give bans right away, unless the offense is high enough.

Like I said, if a user has already broken some rules, then by making a spam level we can ban them. A flame level will simply increase that time of ban.
Not the rules on Rules topic, some small rules......Like MoY says (I'm sorry, but I....don't know I always heard thing from him.........) he needs to ban peopel automatically if they exit judging.....some rules liek thats.
Well, I think if users simply exit judging with no reason, then a small punishment is necessary.

Firstly, teach him that he shouldn't do this. --> If he flame on you --> Tell him do not do this again or will ban you (Warning) --> If do again-->Ban
Secondly, tell him to do not do it again, and
say sorry--> Do not say sorry-->Tell him why he need to(Warning)--> Flaming again-->Ban
Thirdly, stop talking about it--> Keep argue-->Tell him if him keep argue, then you will get a ban-->Argue again--> Ban

Automatically ban with a e-mail and get a long ban, very long, but not perma...I think perma is too harsh, a 2 month is already very long........

And, let's back to the point, stop talking about the mods thing, the fortress of Awesome acatally saved the user that can in, but....I thnik we need to build mroe things for the new users.

Third thing, more prizes, I thnik we can change punish(Small punish is needed, but....) to get prizes liek medals, if people do wrongly, they will not get prizes thing (IF THEY DID VERY WRONGLY, WILL GET BAN/WARN), if people did goodly, even they don't do good thing but they didn't break rules (This prize...I've think about it, I'm not telling everyone will ahve this prize, this prize will come when you're register, but gone if you get ban, after you do good thing again will get appear.)...........
--Try to not punish , rather award--> people will like our forum, I thnik that time no one will breaking rules again--> So our forum will get happy, not like now.....
