Custom Messages

With custom message style I want for me: See the way I'm typing? This would be a custom message. Basically, you could go to your Board Preferences, paste the color, size, and font style you wish your posts to be shown in, then whenever you chat or post messages, your text will always be that style. No need to copy and paste.

I remember being on Neoseeker. They had this program called NAMFox. You could paste markup into the system and it would save that style for you. Problem was, you had to go to the Custom Message box, click the style you wanted to use, then type in the box. This could confuse you if you were trying to manually type the IMG tags or spoiler tags(like I do) in the chat or forums, as the bracket of the color/font/size ending would mix up with the markup for the other phpBB codes.

We could also have a setting that makes everyone's messages appear the way you set yours to appear.

As long as it is easy to read (unlike the font above), I think it's a pretty good idea.

Yeah, but usually whatever I suggest to help make the site better usually gets lost in suggestions for new medals and such. O_o

If someone likes confusing text, they could set it so that only they could see that confusing text. : D

Essentially, it allows us to choose a default font, size, and color for viewing messages in the chat if I understand correctly. If that's the same thing you're saying, then yes.

Agh. That acatally good, we can make it more colorful, but the same thing....it is jsut like our BBcode, we can use BBcode to do that, although it is a bit slow, but Suyo will add the button to sue on soon. Well, I acatally don't want our forum like Dark Lord's post---All post mixed with different color, and:
1. It is difficult to see.
2. It is annoying to see a lot of color.

WM, it's so you do that, but without having to type anything (AKA: Having it as default font and color). We're not adding different colors in one user's post.

If their font becomes annoying, we can tell them to change it.
