By the way, not that the word noob is too much of an insult, but overuse is just plain rude. I get the feeling that it might scare off some innocent new members. Cause I remember the first time I was called one, It was mostly for my lack of skill at something. I knew it wasn't that bad, but it kind of made me feel crummy. Not that anyone uses it alot, but it's used by alot of people. Sure, some new members may deserve being classified as a noob, but innocent members and the like will feel much less good about being a new user here. just think, one member starts spamming, people then try to reason with him/her. Once the reasoning doesn't work, members start to bash the new user with insults, maybe not alot, but enough to convince him/her to stop. (Rarely ever does someone get insulted like that alot. Just an example.) Then an innocent new user comes along and see's words like newb, and newbie in the chat. Said new user feels bad about him being new.

But all in all, new users are treated fairly, and if they do break rules, people try to reason with them nicely.
