Now if you'll excuse me, I have a keyboard and screen to wipe jizz off of.

9 month bump because ♥♥♥♥ you.

I just played the PS3 demo on this thing.

Honestly, as I've made sure to emphazise before, the trailer looked pretty damn amazing, but it was actually ♥♥♥♥ compared to what the game played like. More fluid, more varied, more combat opportunities, just damn. I'm definitely not regretting pre-ordering this puppy the moment it was available.

Also, baby Leon's back in action.

Yeah, Id say the entirety of RE6 based off the demo is pretty ♥♥♥♥ awsome.

Except for that awkward looking motion t hey have for praising the other player, maybe.

THE CREED: Nothing is True. Everything is Permitted.
"...That's rather cynical."

"It would be if it were doctrine, but it is merely an observation of the nature of reality.
To say that Nothing is True is to realize that the foundations of society are fragile, and that we must be the shephards of our own civilization.
To say that Everything is Permitted is to understand that we are the architects of our actions, and that we must live with the consequences, whether glorious...or tragic."

Bump of relativity.
Got RE6 for Christmas. I promptly spent the next 7 straight hours playing Leon's campaign and damn, it was awesome. I don't know what GameInformer was talking about with control issues because after tweaking the settings a bit it played fine.

My only complaints so far is that cover combat is a little awkward, it felt a little too dark even with the brightness turned up, and I found my inventory filled with ammo and grenades leaving little to no room for herbs. But these are minor issues compared to all the things they got right. Zombies, improved melee, you can move while shooting, and you no longer need to hold your partners hand throughout the entire game.

It also kinda made me want to play RE2 again for some reason.

I got it yesterday on my shopping spree, and it's awesome. My only complaints so far are the same as Ace's, really.

Resident Evil has really went downhill in my opinion. Whatever happened to the decent storylines of RE, RE2, pretty much up to RE4? It was a bummer they killed of Wesker, and making him have a son? No, just no.

>decent storylines

HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHAHAHAHAHAHHAAAAHAAAHAAAH.

Oh wait you're serious?

All of the RE games up to and including RE6 had sorry excuses for plots, all of them. I thoughf no one went into a RE game expecting an okay plot, because the series most certainly isn't about that.

Yeah pretty much. I have always played them for the gameplay and occasionally good characters. As far as story, Capcom has been pulling plot points out of thin-air since the dawn of the company.

Though it is possible to follow the plot it's pretty messed up and takes some effort. But at least up to RE3 everything was somewhat cohesive.
