Kritzkrieg and medigun are interchangeable. As long as you know what you're doing, any set should be alright.

I prefer the MediGun. I think the invulnerability is more useful than criticals. Plus, I don't have a Kritzkrieg IIRC.

Also, new loadouts cuz I unlocked some crates recently:
Demoman -
A: Grenade Launcher, ScoRes, Pain Train
B: Wee Booties, Splendid Screen, Strange Persian Persuader

Heavy -
A: Strange Tomislav, Sandvich, GRU

Sniper -
A: Huntsman, SMG, Strange Tribalman's Shiv

Loadouts as of 5/8/2013:

Scout-
A: Scattergun/BFB, Pistol/Pocket Pistol, Atomizer - Default loadout, pretty standard. I switch between the Scattergun and BFB because I like the BFB. Also I may switch in the Pocket Pistol if there's not many Pyros around.
B: FaN, Pocket Pistol, Sandman - VSH loadout.
C: BFB, Mad Milk, Fan O'War - MvM loadout, though I haven't actually used it yet.

Soldier-
A: Rocket Launcher, Shotgun, Escape Plan - Self-explanatory.
B: Direct Hit, Bison, Escape Plan - I like the Bison, honestly, no matter what people may say.

Pyro-
A: Degreaser, Flare Gun, Homewrecker/Neon Annihilator - For when I want to help out my Engis. Melee depends on the map; if there's a bunch of water, I'll probably use the NA.
B: Degreaser, Shotgun, Axtinguisher - Pretty self-explanatory.

Demo-
A: Grenade Launcher, Stickybomb Launcher, Pain Train/Eyelander/Bottle - I need to learn to use stickybombs more effectively. Somebody help me out with that? Also, melee depends on the team. If on offense, I use Pain Train. Defense, I switch between the Eyelander and Bottle.
B: Wee Booties, Chargin' Targe/Splendid Screen, Persian Persuader/Half-Zatochi - Demoknight set, though I'm not that good at Demoknight.

Heavy-
Tomislav, Sandvich, GRU - I honestly like the Tomislav better than the Minigun.

Engi-
A: Shotgun, Pistol, Gunslinger - I can't use the FJ very well. No matter how much I try, I end up wasting my crits. Plus the reduced clip hurts because I'm constantly using my Shotgun.
B: Shotgun, Pistol, Jag - Defensive loadout. Pretty standard.

Medic-
A: Blutsauger/Overdose, Medi Gun, Solemn Vow - I switch primaries because I'm not sure if I prefer playing offensively or defensively. I think I prefer offensively, though I'm not 100% sure.
B: Crusader's Crossbow, Medi Gun, Amputator - Medieval set that I barely use, but I have just in case. Also screw the other Medi Guns, stock's best.

Sniper-
A: Sniper Rifle, Jarate, Bushwacka - Trying to learn this set, I haven't used Jarate much though.
B: Sydney Sleeper, SMG, Kukri - For when I'm not getting headshots. Also because using Sydney and Jarate is redundant.

Spy-
A: Ambassador, Spy-cicle, Invis Watch, Sapper/Tape Recorder - Pretty standard loadout.
B: L'Etranger, YER, Invis Watch/Dead Ringer, Sapper/Tape Recorder - Saharan Spy set, obviously. As if you needed me to tell you that.

Scout:
A: Scattergun, Pretty Boy's Pocket Pistol, Sandman (One I mostly use.)
B: Scattergun, Pistol, Sandman (Use this one if there are too many Pyros on the other team.)
C: FaN, Flying Guillotine, Sandman (Trying to learn to use this but ♥♥♥♥ it's hard.)

Soldier:
A: Rocket Launcher, Reserve Shooter, Escape Plan (Basic man, basic.)
B: Direct Hit, Shotgun, Escape Plan (My aiming sucks so I end up having to shotgun 80% of the people I come across.)

Pyro:
A: Flamethrower, Flare Gun, Postal Pummeler/Axtinguisher (Yes, I Axtinguish people with normal Flame rather than Degreaser. ♥♥♥♥ the police.)
B: Flamethrower, Flare Gun, Neon Annihilator (To help out Engies and not be totally ♥♥♥♥ useless when submerged in water.)

Demoman:
A: Grenade Launcher, Chargin' Targe, Persian Persuader (At first I was using Eyelander but then I saw what the Persian Persuader did so I was like ♥♥♥♥ that whoa man too OP)
B: Loch n' Load, Sticky Jumper, Ullapool Caber (lel)
C: Grenade Launcher, Stickybomb Launcher, Caber (When I have to actually defend something.)

Heavy:
A: Huo-Long Heater, Sandvich, GRU (And nothing else, because I suck as Heavy, and if I don't use the Heater, I end up getting totally raped by Spies. Every. Single. Time.)

Engineer:
A: Shotgun, Wrangler, Southern Hospitality (I always forget to hit DR spies with the Hospitality.)
B: Pomson, Wrangler, Wrench (For when I end up having to defend our entire base by myself.)
C: Frontier Justice, Pistol, Gunslinger (I actually don't like Gunslinger Engie that much but I try it out sometimes.)

Medic:
A: Blutsauger, Quick-Fix, Ubersaw (I. Love. Combat Medic. (Ubersaw is for the Kill Taunt))
B: Syringe Gun, Medigun, Ubersaw (...But I can't always use him. Oh and ♥♥♥♥ the Kritzkrieg. Kritz are for girlz.)

Sniper:
A: Hunstman, Jarate, Bushwacka (I can't snipe for ♥♥♥♥ so I skewer people with the Kill Taunt for ♥♥♥♥ and giggles. Oh and the tears of the people crying "♥♥♥♥ YOU CUNTSMAN SNIPER" and "♥♥♥♥ LUCKSMAN" are delicious.")

Spy:
A: Ambassador, Spy-cicle, Cloak and Dagger, Red-Tape Recorder (I don't actually use any of the weapons or the Sapper, I just go to the enemy base, cloak in a corner, disguise as Scout, and spam the Dispenser Here voice command. And maybe backstab or headshot someone by accident when I press the wrong key.)
B: Enforcer, YER, Dead Ringer, Red-Tape Recorder (Because who doesn't love being a totally useless Spy.)
Just remember this, when you see her on the street.

I'm the cruelest girl you'll ever meet.
