This guy owned your ♥♥♥ several hours prior to the fight by becoming nearly invincible, you're all juiced up with the best equipment and items in the game, and then you fight him for real with your favorite character.
SO ♥♥♥♥ SATISFYING.

Everything in Lufia: The Legend Returns after defeating Guard Daos (the third-to-final boss). I could go on a long tangent about the story of the game and how amazing it is and stuff, but I think I'll just leave it at this:

Being utterly truthful, one of my best moments was racing up the Autobahn on NFS.

Car racing doesn't get much better than that. :3

I would say Banjo-Kazooie is one of the best moments. I recently played that game and instantly fell in love. Nintendoreally needs to buy Rare back.
Also, Minecraft. It started out as an indie game and look at it now, There are even pre-paid cards at Gamestop here in the U.S.
