MK, SuYo1141, StarF, and I have built a fortress in a world and MK proposed the idea of making the world public since we have plenty of space for any other people who want bedrooms. The fortress is not complete, but here's basically what we have now:

The fortress is stacked into several wings.
Top Wing: Automatic obsidian generator, crafting area, founders' bedrooms, material supplier, community noticeboard, and main entrance.
Secondary Housing Wing: 3/5 of NPC's houses (some live in the same bedrooms as the founders)
Storage Wing: Founders' storage (with the exception of Zunar; his storage is on the roof)
Gadgets Wing: Various "machines" that supply different things. Currently, only a chest generator is located there.
Between the Gadgets Wing and Alchemy Ingredients Wing 1, there are about 7 empty wings. These will probably be used for more bedrooms and/or storage.
Alchemy Ingredients Wings: These wings are areas where various alchemy ingredients are grown, such as Blinkroot, Mushrooms, Fireblossom, etc.
Flooded Basement: PvP arena.

The world is Hardmode, so it is not recommended to come on if you don't have a Hardmode character. There are various signs which will point you in the direction of the fortress. If you do not have a Grappling Hook, Ivy Whip, or Wings, you will have a tough time traversing the fortress. If you don't have a Grappling Hook, you can purchase one from the Goblin Tinkerer for 2 gold (there is one in the fortress).

I won't be able to have it up all the time (nor will I be on it all the time; I have other things to do besides monkey around on Terraria all day), but I'll try to have it up any time you request.
