I think he's saying that he wants to have a Brawl tournament for us Runouw.com people. Right?

If so, I propose we do 1vs1 (this removes the ganging up problem), 3 stock, no time limit, low items, any stage (though I'm hesitant about saying this because of 75m and Mario Bros...). Also, as daniellikesmario63 said, no chain grabbing, no laser lock, no infinite dimension cape. If you don't know what any of these are, great, chances are you don't know how to do them anyways. Pit's Angel Ring is fair game; if you don't know how to get out of it, you just suck, and it's your problem. : D

Also,
1. Anyone who gets a KO with Luigi's down taunt wins the match automatically. (But only if you do this when your opponent is not stuck in Luigi's FS.)
2. Anyone who gets a KO using Snake's box taunt wins the whole tournament automatically.
3. Anyone who scores a KO with a Falcon Punch must taunt at least once afterward.
4. Anyone who scores a KO with a Warlock Punch must taunt at least three times afterward.
5. Anyone who gets a KO with Ike's fully charged eruption must taunt endlessly as his opponent self-destructs until he loses.

Or just disregard those last five...

Oh, and those joining should probably leave their Friend Code.

Rules by me:
1. It's 1 vs. 1, and 3 battles. If you win 2, you won that round. 3 stocks.
2. Random Stage. You can choose your character yourself. Handicap off.
3. Items all on but Dragoon, Smash Ball, Golden Hammer and Heartpiece (the ultra items which are overpowered), medium appearing rate
4. No cheating
5. Depending on the count of battlers, the final battle could also be 1 vs. 1 vs. 1. In this case you play as long until someone got 3 wins. He quits the brawl and the other two continue - if the next one gets 3 wins, he's second placed and the round is over.
6. After a round, BOTH (or all) players PM the tournament leader who won to ensure both tell the truth.

I'd prefer if items were set to low. Medium is still a lot of items, and I rather dislike when a battle is decided by who gets to the most items, not who is better at using a character. Items take away what makes characters unique, and it's not fun when the whole battle is throwing overpowered item after overpowered item at each other. Please consider setting items to low; that way, they'd still be around, but there wouldn't be enough to rely solely on.
