While playing Star Fox 64's Multiplayer Mode(On an actual N64, by the way) with three other people, we had a match. After beating two of the players, I purposely crashed since I had already won, and after doing so I realized I had forgot about the final player. Thus, I had inadvertantly handed my win over to the other player. In other words, I failed.

Surfing around. Not only all the male swimmers look like they're wearing a speedo, one of them has the same name I have in real life. xD
In Dewford Hall, one dude asked "Is there a relation between Preposterous Party and Heroine?". Say that out loud.
Crash Bandicoot 3:
Getting smacked against the screen by a two headed ogre. In fact, most of the death animations are hilarious.

Well, since we're all posting.
Perfect Dark (N64) - The death sequence in multiplayer. Your guns just flop on the ground and you sorta melt into the floor. I dunno, I just find that funny.
Conker's Bad Fur Day (N64) - The entire damn game. Literally every moment of it.
Minecraft (PC) - The first time I got blown up by a Creeper, on my second day surviving. I was building a 4x4 dirt hut to fill with water (for some reason), and it blew up right on my ♥♥♥, which blew a hole in my hut letting all the water flow out. I just found it funny.
Clocktower (SNES) - The main villan (I call him Scissorman, like most do). He's just so cute and small, something I find off putting for a horror game like that.
Any more will be posted later.

Random funny moment from Lufia: The Legend Returns: I found a random encounter against two enemies. One of them is undead, and thus is hurt by healing magic. The other likes to use a powerful healing spell. Guess what happens.
