Should I buy Final Fantasy XIII-2 or Fire Emblem Awakening?

So right now i'm thinking of getting one of these two games later. Not right now... Later. But I can't afford both. I'll have both, but not now. So i'm wondering if I should get Fire Emblem or Final Fantasy first?

Fire Emblem. Then play it with the voices in Japanese and go the route of the character who's voiced by Sugita. Then you can be Sugita's waifu.

No but seriously the Fire Emblem series is always great. Go for that.
Just remember this, when you see her on the street.

I know but 13-2 looks great as well. But after playing the demo of FE.... Every battle was now extremely fun in first person.

Personally, I am not a fan of FFXIII-2, and I haven't been a fan of the rest of the FF games since 6 (maybe 7). If you want my say in this, then just go with Fire Emblem.

Disagree, I hated the DS one. If the new one is anything like Shadow Dragon, do yourself a favor and get the older ones.

Also, this site is heavily populated by Nintendo fans, so the general consensus will be Fire Emblem. I don't know anything about either, but since I disliked FFXIII, I wouldn't buy either, myself.

3DS games are incredibly different than DS games.

Playing FF 13-2 and I've already got stuck quite a number of times. Sure, it's cool, but nothing that can be remotely compared to the prequel considering my current progress. Augusta Tower, 200 AF.
