Karyete: Seriously, what is your problem? And not only that, you fail to even acknowledge you might be in some wrong here.
Karyete: Oooh it's you? Hello. Feel free to drop this right now. You're going to make yourself look like an idiot.

Hearing this for the first time in-game, being surrounded by zombies, at 50 health, while down, gave me the worst chills I have ever experienced.

I forgot to add this.

Minecraft PC- When I fell down a gigantic underground ravine. There were "balconies" high up there. Zombies, creepers, slimes and skeletons were standing on them. They jumped down together and surrounded me. Creepers on the left, slimes and skeletons behind, zombies wearing full set of gold armor, spiders jumping on me and lava flowing to me.All of them surrounded me in one corner. All of them. I freaked out and died. Don't freak, guys. I didn't die,Steve died.

Biolizard in Sonic adventure 2.
Why? Well it was a failed test experiment that never stopped growing, is asexual (fires it's eggs at you) and it's face and tail look ♥♥♥♥ up. when I was younger the face probably creeped me out the most, especially when it roars directly at the front of the screen. Another point is that Gerald was supposed to encapsulate it but failed to do so, instead he activated a a program that if the 7 emeralds are placed in the arks eclipse cannon and the cannons central room is breached then the biolizard would be teleported into the room to defend it (Supposedly).

Most of this was done by research and theory, but it's pretty accurate.

But the music that plays during it is probably one of the best pieces of video game music I've heard. (Some say it actually adds to the creepiness of it)
I'm Pretty sure I should put something here...

I agree. Supporting Me is a good piece.

Anyways, I might as well throw this out while I can; first time playing Slender. After that, Slender isn't really that scary anymore.

I remember when I was 5, before I knew what a Sonic was, I was introduced to Sonic Adventure 2 by an older friend. The G.U.N. truck scared the crap out of me and I stoped playing.

When I was 3, perfect chaos always creeped me the ♥♥♥♥ out also, well at least in the opening/near end cutscene.

I have a few things to add to this list! (Mainly because I'm afraid of everything!)

First of all, in Super Mario RPG when you get up to Smithy:
Spoiler: show
Image Look at that backdrop. The whole thing is a battlefield made of the heads of the bad guy. Well, uh. His head is transforming in this picture. But all those red things are a bunch of his heads staring at you. Into your soul. Judging you for not being able to beat Culex.

Next, in Postal II...
Cats. If you know anything about Postal, you'd know that you can use cats as silencers. So how would there be anything freaky about the cats in Postal? Well, if you go into the back of the pet shop at the mall. Oh boy, is something waiting for you. All the music stops and you can see cats that have been skinned on the tables. And blood is splattered everywhere.
In fairness, what was I expecting from a game like Postal II?
(I also couldn't find a picture of it. Maaaainly because I don't want to.)

Then in just about every Wario game:
Is it just me, or do the Wario games have some FREAKY bosses?

Here, take a gander, tell me if you don't wet yourself. (Lot's o' spoilers ahead!)
