The Engineer bible video is definitely a video you MUST watch if you plan on going on to be an engineer. It helped me a lot and my engie skills improved a ton.
It's almost an hour long video but it's worth it.

Wow, that definitely has a ton of good advice. It's a lot to process, though, so I might have to watch the video a couple times to remember everything.
On the subject of class advice, I could probably use some for Scouts, Pyros, Spies, and possibly Snipers. Those are my worst classes, not counting Heavy, but he's pretty simple to use anyway.
