The ROB/MRGAMEANDWATCH of this game. Completely out of left field and not something you always associate with Nintendo.

More diversity is good though. Unsure if I'll every play as her, but to each their own I guess.

I find it humorous and am completely fine with it. I'm pretty sure Sony still wins E3, though. Sure, Nintendo gave a bunch of news about upcoming games, but most of them we already knew about. Not sure how smart the Nintendo Direct stuff is. Letting hype build up seems like a better marketing plan to me.

My speculation is that @SmashBrosLeaks will somehow turn out to be right and Fighting Mii Team replaces the Polygons, Wireframes, and Alloys.

I'm excited about Pit's new moveset. I wish I had a 3DS so I could have played Uprising, but he just became 100x cooler based on the gameplay I saw. Unfortunately, I'm probably going to have to rely on playing at other people's houses, at least until I get out of this house and get a good source of income for myself.

I'm pretty sure Sony still wins E3, though. Sure, Nintendo gave a bunch of news about upcoming games, but most of them we already knew about.

He says, not knowing anything about what he's talking about. I saw the entire Sony conference, excited for some new games, and well.......we didn't get many at all. The highlights of the conference (for me) were games like inFAMOUS Second Son, Watch_Dogs, The Last of Us, and Assassin's Creed 4, games which as you said, everyone already knew about. The only new reveals were the PS4 itself, which while exciting at first (and funny as a take that to Microsoft), didn't really give us much details, and Kingdom Freakin Hearts III: It's About Time Except Not Because That's Plants vs. Zombies But Shut Up.

It may be unfair to Sony, but as a massive Smash Bros Fanboy (Check my username. The second half.), Nintendo won with the Smash announcement alone, but only because Sony's conference was rather underwhelming. Nintendo's other announcements give them some points as well. Things like more NEW games and a more thorough look at the PS4 could've won them E3 though.
