E3 is right around the corner, and there have actually been quite a few games of interest confirmed for appearing. For you Nintendophiles, there's a new 3D Super Mario game for the Wii U, Super Smash Bros. 4(!), Mario Kart Wii U, and Zelda Wii U. Some big names to look forward to, and even though we might not get a thorough look on the new Smash Bros, as it's been in development for such little amount of time, we've been promised at least some first screens of what it will look like.

There's also stuff like the new Assassin's Creed, more details on Watch Dogs, INFAMOUS SECOND SON WOOOOO, and Batman Arkham Origins, but what do you guys care.

Right.

EDIT: Also.

Spoiler: show

Nintendo missing it's chance to have a press conference will have an effect on their stocks and fail to have a big effect on the press. Gamers at home will be very disappointed because they will not be able to see anything, and the Nintendo area on the showfloor might be overloaded.

Xbox still won't have anything good to show off and will be declared loser of the show. There will be nothing playable, and it would be pretty lucky if we get to see any in-game trailers at all. All of the trailers during the reveal were not rendered on the Xbox One hardware (except maybe Quantum Break), so we still have to see how powerful it really is.

As for Sony, they'll just do E3 like every year. But it turns out the PlayStation 4 teaser was actually not a teaser, but the PS4 actually is a blurry box.

TL;DR Indies are going to save E3

No matter what happens, I just want a new Mario and Smash Bros. Even if Nintendo doesn't do their presentation.

This year is gonna be very good for games. Even if some mistakes are made along the way.

I'll laugh at anything Microsoft will do this E3, especially because Xbox One already is a very good reason to laugh

I'm calling that Nintendo will not announce a single new major title. Don't hope for Smash Bros U or Zelda U, I'm betting they won't be there - Big N won't make a press event, so if there's suddenly a new game on the floor, they have missed a giant chance to generate a ton of hype, and they will not let this chance go unused.

can't tell if srs.

It's already been announced that Smash Bros. U will be there (though maybe only a few screenshots or trailer), Mario Kart, 3D Mario and it's very likely whatever Retro is working on will also be shown. Nintendo aren't having their regular conference for everyone, but many for the different people who show up - share holders, gamers etc. Nintendo Direct 11th June.

But I mean, even though some mistakes were made with the Xbox One. This is Microsoft's third console. They haven't had many opportunities to experiment with concepts. I'm sure it'll all end OK.
