Server had a forced IP move, updated the dynamic address - you can join it again on tf2.greencouchgames.net:27018
(please note the changed port)

How's a 20 slot server sound?
Server has moved to Netherlands. There might be hiccups since the server OS is Windows instead of Linux now and it's not optimised for that, but if you report the problems I'll try to fix them.
