When posting your strategy, make sure to label ALL weapons, and if ship or upgrade specific, label those too.
Strategies can either be "Complete" or "Partial". Complete means that it totally destroys that stage, Partial means it is part of a greater strategy.
So lets get started. (Also i dont know what stages there are, so im just putting three. Anybody who tells me gets a +1 on something or other.
STAGE ONE FIGHT: Normal fight

PARTIAL STRATEGIES
1. Boarding. Boarding Bored-ing.
The rebel flagships weapons rooms are cut off from the rest of the ship. board them, kill their single occupant, annihilate the room.
You have just reduced your opposition by 20%
Rinse (Heal) and Repeat.
If you have a clone bay, all the better. you can send em' right in without healing them. make sure you have a backup DNA bank though, Because of the rebel flagships tendency to screw your systems with its overwhelming firepower
