If you don't know what mumble is, it's basically like skype except it's a constant voice chat. It's not required to voice chat, but it's the main useage. At the moment, I don't think there's any rules, but generally just use common sense. If anyone wants to use it for anything it's free for use, but if you're just up for chatting then it's there. Also, if that url doesn't work just enter it manually, IP: 192.227.140.105 Port: 64766

There's a 10 slot limit right now but if need be I'll expand it, it's not super expensive to do that. Feel free to use it for whatever gaming things you guys feel like.
